However you pronounce it, it’s DANG good! Big Man’s Rotisserie is slangin’ chapati’s like they’re going out of style, but that’s just a thing -- they’re a hot commodity, and Big Man’s is the only place you can find them in the Columbia River Gorge. Stuffed with delicious ingredients like free-range organic rotisserie chicken, fresh cabbage slaw, avocado -- maybe even a fried egg!? Do I have your attention yet?

When daydreaming of the perfect day spent in the Gorge, I’d mix rafting on the White Salmon River with a warm - delicious chapati made by the Big Man himself. This particular dream probably has a “cold one” involved. Possibly a blackberry cider straight from the tap? My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Gluten-Free wraps upon request & availability.
Big Man's has something for everyone. Vegetarian, gluten-free, spicy or not - if you like spice you'll have to check out the Sweaty Teddy's Hot Sauce!
