TIETON RIVER WHITEWATER RAFTING NEAR SEATTLE AND SPOKANE
The Tieton River is commonly called the last summer run and it rages with 13 miles of Class III+ fury when Rimrock Dam releases water to irrigate the vineyards and hop farms near the Yakima River during September. The Yakima area produces 77% of the hops in the US, so you will definitely see some fields on the way to the meeting point near Windy Point campground, about 3 hours from Seattle and Spokane. When the summer heat has dried up most of the other Washington whitewater rafting options come out to the Tieton River.
LATE SUMMER RAFTING NEAR WENATCHEE AND TACOMA

Wenatchee and Tacoma rafting enthusiasts will fall in love with intense rapids like “High Noon”, “Waffle-wall” and “Grasshopper" located just 2 and a half hours away from both cities.
